We had a heating and air company technician come to our home to fix a home ac issue. He said that a part is needed that is no longer available so as a result we needed to replace the ac. Then we called Alaskan to get a second opinion. The Alaskan technician came and within minutes he had fixed the problem! Obviously we are extremely pleased with Alaskan service.

So happy with my service! There is nothing like your AC going out in July but Alaskan came to the rescue! I called first thing in the morning and had someone come out and fix my unit the same day. They were great! They explained the issue and gave me a quote before fixing the unit. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!!

The workers at Alaskan were excellent! Amy, the one who answers the phone was courteous, helpful, and worked really hard to make sure I was able to get my air fixed the same day! The gentleman who came and worked on my unit was respectful, kind, and even taught me what was going on throughout the process. What a great experience!
