Called on a Saturday and a technician (Charlie De Leon) came out on Sunday. Charlie arrived early to my residence, was completely professional, and promptly performed HVAC diagnostics on one of my units. He was done in about 30 minutes and now I’ve got cold Alaskan air! Great job Charlie and thanks again!!
