Tech was nice but wouldn't leave me my old parts, just showed me a blower in a bucket in his truck. after he left we researched price on blower repair and the normal charge was $300 to $500 he was here for about an hour and we were charged $1100 feeling RIPPED OFF I have another A/C company coming monday to see what was done and see what parts were replaced, Then I will decide how to proceed with Alaskan Air, They had us at their mercy at 7pm on the 4th of July. No air cooling. Alaskan came out quickly. Technician Hector was fabulous...replaced burnout out starter. House is cool...everyone happy!
