I have been using Alaskan for over two years. Service has been good and there diagnosis is excellent however they are charging triple for repairs. I got a bigger company to come fix the problem for 1/4 of the price. I really felt like their trying to rip you off. Management needs to address this because they are taking people to the clean err rs!@!!

Efrain was our service technician. He came at 10:30 at night and fixed our air conditioner on the spot...he was honest and friendly...gave us the best deal we could possibly have gotten..didn't charge us for an emergency call either being so late at night...great place to call if you need your ac fixed on the spot.

The tech installed a A/C blower motor and motor bracket. He also installed a blower motor that was not the correct size for my unit. When I complained that it wasn’t blowing very good and that I had to put my hand right on the vent to feel the air. He told me that it was the same size blower motor as the one he took out. I called the next day he came back the next day and installed the correct blower motor that had twice the horse power. He then blamed the company that they buy the blower motors... Read more

I’ve been a long time Alaskan customer, and the recent install of my new system was great. The Pazo brothers did my new installation, and they were fantastic. Prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and they did excellent work.
