They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done to perfection and left the area cleaner than when they started. Will use Alaskan A/C from here on out, absolutely the best.
They were able to match competitors prices and beat them on the warranties. Went a week without AC due to coronavirus delays, but they loaned us a small unit to keep our bedroom cool at night. The salesman, the technician who measured and ordered everything, and the installers were all very polite and were thorough in their explanations of what we were getting and how they were going to install it.
