We have a 10 service agreement that we got with our purchase of 2 new top of the line Lennox products. So they come out every three months. Every time they come, they find some small thing "wrong" that we should pay astronomical price to have fixed. We check with our friend that does not work with Alaskan but is certified etc. to work on our units and the service can b performed in less than 15 minutes and most times doesn't even need to b.
