Called for appointment they said that they would call with a reminder. Great I said, I do not do text messages.
I got 6 text messages the day before the appointment. 3 for the appointment and 3 for the reminder. If they can not listen to the customer I doubt that they can fix anything.
Work completed quickly and efficiently. Michael explained the problems and showed us pictures of defective parts. He answered our questions and was very courteous. Will call them again for future service.
