I always request Earl Diaz, he has been doing our system through two units and does excellent work. He is always clean , friendly and very knowledgeable. They accidently sent someone else last time, I refused to let him work on the unit, Lisa said my file is now marked Earl only, she won't make that mistake again. When you have a service person your trust and know will be honest and do good work you do not change.
