I was very impressed with their technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was going to be cool enough in my home for me. I was really excited about the option 4 the club membership that allowed for two services per year and discounts on repairs and replacements. I didn't feel like it was a hard sell for the membership and there was a budget-friendly option that allowed me to pay on it monthly. I love my air conditioner and Alaskan ROCKS!

I will give 4 stars for the technician being professional and diagnosing the issue correctly. The 1 star is for the price i was quoted. My problem turned out to be a condenser fan motor, bit when i asked for a price to fix it he wanted $1200. That is just a rip off. I called naughtons and bought a motor for $180 with tax. I installed it myself in about an hour. I would never ever call this place again nor would i ever recommend this place to anyone! Even in my field as master mechanic, our labor... Read more

This is our first time calling on Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, and both Tim and Nick were very professional and incredibly responsive. They were here within a couple of hours (on a Sunday!!) and we're informative and helpful. We're moving forward with a new complete unit, and we're hopeful that the service continues to be this good.

They were considerate polite and professional. My unit went out around 6pm. I shopped around and decided to try Alaskan Air. They had a technician here by 830PM. He did wear a mask and kept his distance which I appreciated. He analyzed the situation and replaced the AC capacitor. We had AC again and were very happy. The only negative thing I would mention is the price was kind of high for 30 min work.
