Tim was great. That being said I would not use Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating again. After reviewing my receipt I noted that there was no break down for labor and parts. I called the office and asked for the cost of the part that was replaced and the labor charge. I was told they don't bill that way and that was pretty much the end of the conversation. I don't mind paying for parts and labor but I would like a itemized receipt for the work done.
Alaskan AC rep Elijah was great to work with today. Initially, it was for a semi-annual check up of my system. It turned out that I need a more thorough cleaning and also my ducts need to be cleaned. Elijah started the cleaning of my HVAC and a crew will be out on Wed to perform the duct cleaning that is long overdue. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Nick has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable in our experiences with him. He is careful to explain the repair needed and cost.
