Call them to fix a unit at my shop. They sponsor a local soccer club for a friend of mine. They said there would be a 85 service charge and it would go toward the repair if we had a issue and had them fix it. First guy came out and did work on split units so they sent a second guy. In the mean time they called to say that the charge would be $125 dollars since it was a business. The girl apologized and said she was new.
