Our system broke down in this heat and responded very quickly .. Service Techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Supervisor, James Grey call later that same night to verify satisfaction... We had previously scheduled seasonal maintenance checkup and James came out himself to do the check. He made sure we were happy. We highly recommend Alaskan Air and especially James Grey and his crew.
