Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. Did a thorough job without unnecessary extras. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
2 weeks ago a technician came out for my free heating checkup, said system was OK. Yesterday I turned my heat on & just got cold air. Today's technician said the thermostat was programed wrong & the original technician should have caught it. I had to pay $155 for todays service.
The technician was friendly and extremely respectful. He wore a face covering the entire time, as well as booties over his shoes whenever he stepped into our house. He explained everything to us so we could understand, instead of using jargon unknown to us. He was on time, which made me extremely happy, and worked efficiently but was thorough.
