Receptionist and technician were polite and professional, but they quoted me at $1,200 for a repair (fan motor replacement) that the original installer of the unit (Mechanical Forced Air) ended up making for $165. They also said they charge $10-20k to install a new unit. Mechanical Forced Air installed ours for $5k, with the same warranty. I guess all those radio ads are expensive!
