Experience was poor. William advised everything was fine. I explained that cold air blew out when I turned on heat. He seemed annoyed at hearing that. After checking again he said I had a leak in my Freon line and the cost to repair was prohibitive. He said I was better off just replacing the Trane 16i that I purchased from Alaskan in 2009. I was incredulous. I told him the unit was barely 10 years old and he responded by saying that that is as long as they are supposed to last. Really???!!!
