Even though I've had 9 years of hell with my A/C units, I can't fault Alaskan for it. It's always something different. They've always stayed on top of things. My only complaint with Alaskan is they sold me these units (and they don't carry anything from this MFG anymore). Either my A/C units are on a pet cemetary, or the MFG of these units make junk. Pretty sure it is the MFG.
