Technician was on time, prompt, and kept us informed. We liked him.
Had these guys do a tune up inspection for my house and paid 70ish dollars. They were advertising at Home Depot that free ac filters came with the inspection. I never got the ac filters and then got told off by one of the partners or owner when I ask about it. If you cannot trust to come on the smallest things why should you trust them for anything.
Should also note that I never received the inspection report from these guys. They charge you and don't deliver.
