Alaskan's routine AC/Heat Pump maintenance are always detailed. They not only check and also clean exterior coils of the unit. Plus they send detailed pics of the unit's insides. Good work. Using their maintenance service since 2005. No regrets.

Ålaskan Air sent a new employee to do my fall/winter maintenance. They also sent a person to supervise the new employee. The new employee was pleasant and polite. The supervisor was not. He seemed to think that his job was to show the newbe how not to act. He was haughty and bordering on hostile. I felt he wanted to make sure that I knew how important he was.
