Terrible communication from technicians and did not show up within our appt window after we took off work to be home for service. Would not give one star if it was an option.
Sam is the best. Fixed the problem and check the other AC units for leaks. Then referred me to a company who’ll check for mold in the wall. He’s always so nice and polite.
So they were able to get my air conditioning going again by the next day, however the communication was pretty poor. The options for fixing a somewhat regular problem ranged from $1000 to $3000. I'm not sure if it is the manufacturer/model of heat pump I purchased or if the parts are just that over priced but over the time of my ownership it has cost me as much to maintain it as it did to buy it. I can not say I'm happy with that.
