Alaskan Air 11/27/18. Pretty disappointed. We hired your company to service and maintain our higher end Trane unit but instead of being trouble free your technicians find issues requiring hundreds of additional dollars every time they come out. Most often to repeatedly replace the same part we had already done. Looking into cancelling the contract and refunding our money. Seems like a scam.
