Jeremy arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC. He had it working in short order.
Put yourself in my shoes, it's the middle of June and suddenly your thermostat isn't working anymore. I tried to install one myself, ran into some issues, tried to install a different unit and ran into the same issues.
