Very professional, courteous, and fast. Ed found the problem and repaired it very quickly. They also have the best communications system I've ever seen.
The service we received was horrible. While one technician seemed knowledgeable, the other was useless and in the way. They took the pads out of our heater and left them laying on the roof, among many other things. I called to express my concerns and I was told the General Manager doesn't take calls he's to busy. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
