Awesome people to work with - always on time, they email appointment reminders and even texts with photos so you know who and when they are arriving, personable staff, professional, and they know their stuff! I had a significant noise issue with my new HVAC system and this company did EVERYTHING they could to solve it and now it's great. Zach Roming were my technician on the day of my appointment. Zach were very Professional, knowledgeable (I can learned from this guy). He speak a very collective way toward of what’s going on with our A/C unit. I like how he was very patients and can chat while doing his duty. I like his honesty and I’m glad he’s my technician for that day. I would recommended this company and will ask for him again if I needed repaired in the near future. Thank u Alaskan A/C!

Very pleasant on the phone to speak with. Explained how the the Tech would contact us. Tech was on time even coming from such a long way. Earl was our Tech, very professional from start to finish. Earl explained things about our AC.Earl.checked the all the vents for air flow and thoroughly inspected our unit. Very Happy with everything, most of all a working unit. Thank you Earl and Alaskan AC. You made our summer better. BTW our female german shepherd loves Earl, she doesn't like anyone.

Technician was polite friendly and gave an honest assessment of what was needed without trying to push more expensive alternatives. I have used Alaskan for several years now and have never had a bad experience. 5/2021: Used them again today. Same experience. Friendly polite. On time. Worked hard and did everything expected.
