The tech, Sam, was very knowledgeable, took pictures of the issue with our air conditioner, communicates clearly and effectively and showed up early. Very flexible and helpful.
Update: just came home to find two ornour three units were not functioning. I called at 5 pm. Mike, our service tech was able to arrive by 745. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems and had us cooled off by 11 pm. He was smart, friendly, and thorough - tough to do in 105+ degree heat in the dark.
