The tech installed a A/C blower motor and motor bracket. He also installed a blower motor that was not the correct size for my unit. When I complained that it wasn’t blowing very good and that I had to put my hand right on the vent to feel the air. He told me that it was the same size blower motor as the one he took out. I called the next day he came back the next day and installed the correct blower motor that had twice the horse power. He then blamed the company that they buy the blower motors... Read more

Service tech Freddie Benally and trainee Robert were warm, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and receptive to questions.
