The summer roof duct visit was welcome and successfully completed, and the technician was prompt and professional, and I am relieved to have a reasonable diagnosis for leak at air intake during heavy rain.
Recently I had Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating for a scheduled service of three AC units. They provided a forty point inspection. The only disappointment was that this service does not include the removal of accumulated debris, such as leaves, when they have the AC cover removed.
