Where do I start? I went under contract with Alaskan in Spring 2017. In July 2017 they replaced a failing fan motor and charged me over $900 to replace a $78 part (two separate AC pros confirmed this price after the fact). BTW- the first replacement motor they installed failed immediately and they had to put in a second one. For springtime 2018 preventative maintenance the tech never showed up. Effram was our service technician. On time, thorough, helpful.
Will be back next week with a Lennox tech to finalize air conditioning fault. He was on hold for close to an hour with Lenox, but during that time he balanced airflow and did furnace check.
