I am rating this company a 4 because I love our new AC unit but I think they over sold us mainly just to get the sale. I think they cared more about making the sale then what was best for our family/home. I only decided to do it because I knew it was quality products. We ended up getting a new system installation inside and out. Overall I'm satisfied that the were quick, timely, and clean. Very friendly courteous professional and efficient
Efrain was our service technician. He came at 10:30 at night and fixed our air conditioner on the spot...he was honest and friendly...gave us the best deal we could possibly have gotten..didn't charge us for an emergency call either being so late at night...great place to call if you need your ac fixed on the spot.
Appreciate appointment reminder text day before and notification call from tech advising of ontime arrival. Service tech Freddie Benally and trainee Robert were warm, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and
receptive to questions.
Photos of various parts of the system were clearly helpful as basis for discussing and prioritizing the scheduling of additional recommended services.
