Excellent service! Both Chris and Sam were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They both answered all of our questions. Both of them repaired our AC unit and replaced our Thermostat. The service tech arrived when he said he would, After exchanging pleasantries he presented a business card and then took the time to ask my opinion about the the problem. Good job, because my neophyte dx was correct. Sam immeiately addressed the problem described and kept me informed about the possible soutions barring any addtl findings. Twenty minutes later the welcome resurrection of an air conditioned abode was complete. Thanks you, Samand Alaskan Air.
