Our service engineer arrived very promptly, at the time he said he would in a phone call from him to let us know when he'd be here. Earl entered the house and after a cordial greeting to us and our, very happy to have company, shitzu, he put covers over his shoes. My husband showed Earl where everything was and Earl went to work. He is a very pleasant genleman! We were very happy at the way Earl worked. When he was done, we said goodbyes and complimented him on his promptness and his work.
Had Alaskan Air come to my house on May 16, 2023 for preventive maintenence. The technician was JJ Chacon, and he was very polite, understanding, and respectful. He took the time to answered all of my questions so I could understand them them.
I liked the email reminder and picture of the Tech - Chris, so when he called and showed up, we knew it was him.
Chris call in advance and with in the window as promised. He was professional and courteous. He performed the inspection and cleaned the coils in a quick manner with no issues.
