Paul was very friendly, professional and honest. Last year the company I was using at that time told me my 16 year old air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. Today, when Paul did my semi-annual maintenance he replaced a couple of parts and told me my unit would last another 4-5 years! I am very impressed with Alaskan and that they are all about customer service and satisfaction.
