the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. that is the only reason that they get one star. he replaced a fan motor and a capacitor, 300$ for the capacitor and $800 for the fan motor. i just did a search for the parts, the capacitor is $19. and the motor is $97 on the highest one i could find. i am a business owner and would never charge 1000 % mark up on products. i will definitely tell everyone i know ( i am in construction) about how they gouge people in need just because they can. i a...
