I give this company and the tech who came to my house a failing grade. I requested Alaskan home services to complete a seasonal tune-up on my working air conditioner. The tech, shortly after arriving, told me I needed a contacter. He said it was going bad and would cause the fan to continue to run and eventually go bad. I authorized the part to be replaced.
