The tech was kind and friendly. However your prices are not. The parts for my repair are covered under mfg warranty. So $2095 for 3 to 4 hrs on the repair is outrageous. I understand you have overhead but charging close to $500 per hr is robbery. Maybe the general public is naive....but Im not. Arturo Yepiz was scheduled from 10-1p...got a call and was rescheduled to 12-3p but didn’t show up until 3:45p. I requested a tune-up on my unit but he chose to do a Diagnostics check on it instead because my “thermostat didn’t work”, although it does work and turns on just fine. The thermostat had a low batter signal which the technician failed to do his due diligence check it and did not offer to change the batteries on it...when other Technicians in the past have graciously offered to change ...
