Alaskan does not disappoint ... they operate 24/7 and do not charge for late evening repairs. Nick was out around 9pm last night to fix shorted out wiring that stopped one of our ACs from working. Fixed within an hour!

Came to service our AC and heat because we bought a one year plan. Technicians totally forgot to check the downstairs unit after checking both outside units And were surprised when I mention that we had a downstairs unit . I had to remind them to check that upon them leaving .
