Technician was polite and early to check the heating system. Of course, he found something wrong. I didn't like having to pay in advance before he started fixing the unit. Also, I wish he would have offered to show me the replaced part because I forgot to ask before he left.
I had the limited service plan, so the price for the fix was less than the normal, non-service plan price. Confusing. It seemed like I was saving money when actually I had no idea what a normal price should be.
Alaskan Air Conditioning did a great job! All 4 technicians were super! Knowledgeable in their trade, answered all my questions! Very courteous! Cleaned up after themselves!

Pretty bad job on attic entrance reassembly, also attic light switch no longer works and they left no manual for new thermostat other than that everything else seems OK.
