setting up my appointment with Alaskan was very easy and quick. Their office personnel was knowledgeable and very helpful setting up a time that worked for both of us. Technician Kevin Marin kept me informed on his arrival time and even requested if he could come early. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained what he was going to do and showed me the problem with the heating and AC system. All work was done as promised and in a timely manner. It was a pleasant experience. Read less
