Thank you SO much for responding so quickly yesterday to my call and huge issue of no AC. I was notified of the appointment and arrival time of the technician. James Crouch the technician called to tell me when he would arrive. When he arrived he checked the unit, showed me pictures of the AC and explained what needed to be done to make the repairs. Had my AC go out at 6pm. Within the hour they had someone out at my house and an hour after that it was fixed. Reasonably priced as well.
