I previously posted a negative review of the company because of some miscommunication on both sides. Gary stepped up and made it right, fixed my system at his own cost. Unfortunately, Rheem is having a problem with its evap coils and companies like Alaskan get stuck in the middle. In this case, they did the right thing by the customer and in doing so, have insured themselves of a lifelong customer who will purchase the next system from them a well.

Tech arrived a little before the schedule time; that’s ok. Tech Installed Honeywell’s T4 Pro programmable thermostat with no problem. I am agast at the $377 (after club membership discount) purchase and installation charge . Honewell T4 Pro available on Amazon for $41+ Tech said the Amazon and the one he installed and the Amazon thermostat are not the same.
