I have never been happy with Alaskan, new management or not. Raising rates instead of a customer service discount for customer retention is not going to raise your business perception. Tyler did a great job today 5/2/18. I was not on the roof with him, but believe he did what he said he did. I am not sure he people they have sent in the past have done anything they say they have done. But I am stuck with Alaskan because I have an air conditioner they installed.
