Alaskan Home Services stands behind their work and the product they sell. Our Rheem heat pump was bought initially through Home Depot and they are their contracted provider- and they installed it. We had issues during the first year with the heat pump and between Home Depot and Alaskan we had everything taken care of and now over 3 years later- still going great and we are pleased. James is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He visited the first day, needed a part and showed up exactly on time the next day with the part. He went through a lot of work in the heat to install the part, and the whole time he was courteous and very positive. His work was impeccable, down to making the A/C and furnace look better than new as he cleaned up the entire area. Had Shane come out for fall time up. He found an exploded capacitor for the air cond. Unit was still working. Did some wiring to keep the unit up.Returned the next day with new part, cleaned coil and tested A-1. Very professional and courteous, hope to get him in spring time up.
