Call them to fix a unit at my shop. They sponsor a local soccer club for a friend of mine. They said there would be a 85 service charge and it would go toward the repair if we had a issue and had them fix it. First guy came out and did work on split units so they sent a second guy. In the mean time they called to say that the charge would be $125 dollars since it was a business. The girl apologized and said she was new. The technician assigned to perform my AC tune up called to notify me he was on his way. In addition, he sent his photo by text. I guess it's policy to ensure customers know who they are when they arrived, although he showed up in a company truck any way. I was pleased he went over the results with me to make sure I understood. He also clean the outdoor coils. He did have to ask for my water hose to do the cleaning. Luckily I had one long enough.
