Even though I've had 9 years of hell with my A/C units, I can't fault Alaskan for it. It's always something different. They've always stayed on top of things. My only complaint with Alaskan is they sold me these units (and they don't carry anything from this MFG anymore). Either my A/C units are on a pet cemetary, or the MFG of these units make junk. Pretty sure it is the MFG.
Only have great things to say about Alaskan Air Conditioning. Our A/C went out in our home we called Alaskan for help they sent 2 of thier technicians James and Charlie. The service we recieved was excellent they were very thorough they stayed and worked through the evening intil after 11pm until it was complete. We will definitely will call them again in the future if your looking for an honest company that will deliver the best service Alaskan Air is for you.
My whole experience was exceptional. From making my appointment, to Shane showing up on time, to competing what could be done in a day. Parts needed to be obtained so was pleased I could the install appointment for the next day. I appreciated Shane explaining needs and warranty in detail. Very happy customer. Excellent warranty.
As Early has now moved up and no longer doing service calls I would like Dylan only for my service calls, he does excellent work and is easy to work with. I like to have the same person all the time as I don't like letting strangers into my home
