James was on time and very professional. He serviced both the furnace and air conditioning systems. After running some performance tests on the A/C system he determined a small problem and fixed it accordingly . I was impressed by the way he explained things to me about the problem and how he was going to fix it. Also he gave me some tips on how to maintain the air conditioner to keep it functioning at peak performance. I will certainly request James to service our HVAC system in the future.
