Tonight I got home at 7:00 pm and discovered my ac unit was not working in the high 80 degree weather. I immediately called Alaskan for service. In less than an hour James was at my house to repair my ac unit. Tomorrow is suppose to be in the high 100's. Zach Romig came and seviced my AC unit and also my son's. He and the his trainee apprentice George were very courteous and professional. Zach is very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Thanks Zach.
Tech showed up on time and services our AC. Upon leaving he stated we might need repairs. He stated he would send photos and health report. We received photos. Never even after phone calls the health report. We hired another firm. They came almost immediately, and repaired our AC. Bill was substantially less than Alaskan's estimate. We wouldn't recommend Alaskan.
