Well where do I start? I had them install a complete new Air Conditioning system. They showed up at my house at 7:30 in the morning and left my house at 12:00 AM in the morning. They forgot the drain pan and some ducting which put them behind in the install. I asked one of the technician about 8:00 PM how much longer would it be and he informed me about two more hours.
