Our service engineer arrived very promptly, at the time he said he would in a phone call from him to let us know when he'd be here. Earl entered the house and after a cordial greeting to us and our, very happy to have company, shitzu, he put covers over his shoes. My husband showed Earl where everything was and Earl went to work. He is a very pleasant genleman! We were very happy at the way Earl worked. When he was done, we said goodbyes and complimented him on his promptness and his work.
