Robert with Alaskan Home Services in Tucson was prompt, professional and thorough in performing my annual HVAC checkup, included at no cost when I had a Rheem system installed a few years ago. I have a service contract with Alaskan and it allows me to have 2 Simi annual unit inspections. I've always had very good, consistent customer service from the Alaskan techs who have been out to perform this preventive maintenance. This week Freddie came out for the 2nd year in a row to check both of my AC units. Freddie has come a Long way in his first year on the job and I think he does excellent work.
