Very disappointed when told the new unit is only good for about 12 years considering the old one that it replaced was from the 70s nearly 40yrs old. Should kept the old one. What you save in seer rating is not worth the replacement cost. Do the math, already had several repairs. Alaskan put a Reem unit on my house, never again.
