Zach responded quickly. He found the problem with our AC and had it fixed and up and running in a really short time. Summer in Arizona requires AC to survive. We always count on Alaska Air and they have never let us down in 25 years

Alaskan responded due to equipment malfunction. System was crippled by a leak of coolant. Techs, James and Ziggy came to the home on time, very professional, polite and ready to work. James knew the issue before he began his work, but verified via his test gear. He contacted the manufacture rep, confirmed the coil was in stock, and held us overnight with instructions to maintain reasonable temps in the house.
