From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful. Before the technician came, they provided a link to show how far away he was, so you knew exactly how long it would take. Our technician Charlie was prompt, wore booties to come in the house, and made sure we were included in the whole process. He was very polite and a delight to work with. A tune-up took approximately a hour and he gave us a full report after he was done. I would absolutely recommend Alaskan!

I purchased (twice) a 7 year warranty for my Trane unit that I purchased from Alaskan back in 2008. Now some issues have arisen during twice a year inspections, including leaking oil found yesterday. Rather then fix it before it causes other components to be affected, I was told they cannot do anything until it fails or the unit fails because of it. What a ridiculous program. I may be out AC on hot summer days because parts can only be covered under the warranty when they fail. An absurd program... Read more
