Everyone else has terrible communication my appointment was pushed multiple times with no communication and I was left to call and find out what was happening - Management is never available and appears to leave before a standard 8 hour day has completed. Cheers to the customer service, but a company needs to walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. AVOID DOING BUSINESS!
Called company to come out for a maintenance check from existing service contract of previous homeowners. Tech told me I needed a repair that would cost almost $500, even though my system was working fine. I tried googling this part he recommended and could not find any information about it. When I asked him more questions about it, he only responded with scare tactics and then tried to sell me on their overpriced 6 year service contract. Not trustworthy - would not recommend.
