I had a new ac/heat pump system put in Sept 9. The thermostat was not connecting with the system so I had no heat - and it was getting cold. Kevin arrived within the time frame scheduled and went to work. He was professional, quick, and informative. He had to use a temporary thermostat while waiting for the permanent one to arrive. But he set up the appt right then. I was very happy with the service.
