I am writing this review to make future customers aware of Alaskan air and other ac/mechanical companies that are quite large. It is about the wording, procedures, and invoice/estimates. My house I bought in 2001 has had 4 ACs on since it was built in 1966. First one lasted..... second(Goettl) lasted from 1984 to 2005, 3rd (Goodman) lasted from 2005 to 2013, and the house is on its 4th (rheem). they came out with in 3 hours after I called , the service man was polite and fixed my problem. The only thing is that I felt cheated my own fault they quoted a flat fee for the freon and I said ok, I should have asked how low my unit was and how much he put in to compare there flat fee with others
