Very positive. Jerry T. Was thoroughandeplained every step of the six-month inspection. He serviced The a/c, checked the furnace, checked the thermostat and cycled both heat and cool. He reviewed the operation of the thermostat and checked the cooling temperature. He was courteous and polite. We look forward to having him service our system again I six months.
