We had service from Kevin at our rental home. What a PRO, prompt professional, no mumbo-jumbo, simple explanation of what caused the problem and how he would fix it. Then he did! Alaskan Home Services installed this unit in 2009(Rheem). Only 2 service calls in 6 yrs. Hat's off to Kevin and Alaskan!
