We had our final visit yesterday with technician. He did a great job on installing Renew for the air conditioner. Now all work has been completed. Our next visit will be for the Spring check up.. We extended our Maintenance program for another 5 years. Now we can relax and know all will be taken care of.

Woke up at 4 AM and the temperature was 82° in the house. I called at 5 AM and left a message and they called me back around nine and the technician was out around 10 and I now have air-conditioning and it’s only 11:15 AM. So glad it’s cooling down in here!
