Where do I begin? From the first phone call I made, to the final inspection of the new unit I bought, everything was outstanding!! Having a 16 year old system I knew the end was coming for my unit because all of my neighbor's units all failed at about 12 years and they had to replace them. This company has poor business practices...bought a unit from them then had contract changed after the fact! When I wanted clarification I was made to feel stupid and still have no answers as to why I am paying more then what I was told and signed for....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
